Result-driven, Exam-oriented, Self-motivated Learning

At Aedno, we are result-driven and exam-oriented, but at the same time, we allow our students the space for self-motivated and individualised learning. All these are made possible by our unique Aedno Coaching style.

The Aedno Coaching Style

Personalised Tutorial Courses
Unlike other centres where students are forced to follow a structured syllabus, every student at Aedno has their own personalised revision syllabus. They are driven by their own learning needs and pace. They do not have to worry about going through content that they already know or going at a pace that is too fast or slow. And only when a topic or concept is learnt and mastered, will a student move on to the next. This ensures 100% learning of every concept for every student. This is the Aedno assurance.

When school tests and examinations draws near, our tutors are always on hand to guide students one-on-one with their preparations. A learning needs analysis is done to determine each student’s weak areas, topics for assessment, conceptual understanding etc. This is done so that revision is focused and meaningful.

Individualised Timetabling
Unlike many other centres where class schedules are rigid and inflexible, Aedno provides students with a fluid and flexible individualised schedule. Students are free to work out a timetable that suit their own needs. This includes the time and day of their classes, to the subjects they want to take, as well as the frequency of lessons for each subject. Due to fluidity of the schedule, students do not have to worry about missing classes or following a structured programme.

Partnership with parents
We believe that working closely with parents is vital to our students’ academic success. In order to do this, we have various avenues to give meaningful feedback to our parents such as face-to-face feedback sessions, phone-conferencing and so on. At the moment, we are working on a comprehensive progress report encompassing results analysis and a progress plan for every student. This will be done on a regular basis so that parents are fully aware of their children’s progress and more importantly, how to help them at home and what is being done at Aedno to help them improve.
